Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide replacements in the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If this happens, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your package and provide photo evidence of the issue.

All return or replacement requests must be approved in advance by our support team. We will guide you through the process once your claim is validated. Please ensure all items are in original condition, unworn and unwashed.

If a replacement is approved, we will resend the correct product at no additional charge. Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons related to buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing, as all details are clearly stated on the product page.
